Homeowner’s Association
Maintaining a beautiful community

Lake Holiday Country Club, Inc. (LHCC) is the community’s homeowners association. Its Board is made up of an elected body of volunteer property owners. Their primary responsibilities include: master planning, financial management and community governance. LHCC has diligently worked for the preservation of Lake Holiday. The LHCC Board is working to enhance and expand the community’s existing infrastructure to accommodate the current development. Expansion of the community’s water and sewage systems, improvements to existing roads, and the installation of new roads have been recent achievements.
